What Happens When You Contact Us
From the moment you reach out, we focus on making the process as calm and supportive as possible.
First, we will speak with you to gather some details about your pet and your situation. We will carefully explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have, so you feel informed and reassured.
When the time comes, one of our compassionate vets will visit your home, allowing your pet to remain comfortable in their familiar surroundings.
Your vet will gently examine your pet and talk with you before beginning the procedure.

The Gentle Two-Step Process
Our approach is designed to ensure your pet experiences no stress, fear, or discomfort.
Step 1 – Gentle Sedation
Your pet receives a calming sedation that allows them to relax and drift into a peaceful sleep. At this stage they are completely comfortable and unaware, resting quietly by your side.
Step 2 – The Final Injection
Once your pet is fully asleep, a second injection is given. They drift deeper into their final sleep, passing peacefully while you are there with them.
There is no pain, no distress – only a quiet, gentle goodbye.
